Set up your account
To participate in a group-buying deal, you need to create your Bulkestate account. Register with your e-mail or use your Facebook or Google account profiles to sign in the platform. Activate the account by e-mail confirmation and log in your account.

Add funds to your account
Transfer money from your bank account to Bulkestate virtual account and start exploring the group-buying deals.

Choose your real-estate property and make a reservation
Choose a real estate property you wish to purchase. Confirm your reservation by paying the set reservation fee for your chosen property.

Become an owner of the real estate property
As soon as all the property units in the deal are reserved, the group-buying deal is completed and we will invite you to sign the purchase agreement. If the reservation target is not reached, we will return your reservation fee to your bank account within 48 hours.
